Supporting the development of micro-enterprises, small enterprises and medium-sized enterprises operating in the South-Muntenia region
The type of call
Competitive, with continuous submission and call closing deadline
The allocated budget
144,000,000.00 euros of which:

- FEDR: 122,400,000 euros
- State budget: 21,600,000 euros
Non-refundable financial aid
Minimum value – 300,000 euros
Maximum value – 3,000,000 euros
The amount of the grant will be established according to the income of the applicant, related to the CAEN class for which he is requesting funding, in the financial year prior to submitting the funding request
The funding percentage
State aid – maximum 70%
Eligible beneficiaries
- Non-agricultural SMEs or non-agricultural cooperative societies from the South-Muntenia region, from the rural and urban areas (including from the villages belonging to them) that request financing for investments in the eligible fields of activity (CAEN classes)
Minimum eligibility requirements
- The applicant must have its registered office in the Sud-Muntenia region, at least starting from January 1, 2022
- The applicant has carried out activity in the Sud-Muntenia region for a period corresponding to at least one full fiscal year prior to the submission of the funding application, at least starting from January 1, 2022
- Operating profit in the fiscal year prior to the submission of the funding request, i.e. 2022
- The firm is not in difficulty in 2022
Type of investment:
- Construction work/expansion of production premises/service provision
- Equipment, machinery, furniture, specific equipment, investments in renewable energy
- Investments in intangible assets (maximum 10% of the eligible value of the tangible assets that are the subject of the project)
- Activities specific to the circular economy (e.g. recovery of raw materials, materials and products, recovery of waste, etc.)
- Activities specific to internationalization (e.g. access to entry services on international markets/Single Market to identify business opportunities, participation in international fairs and exhibitions, investments in adapting production technological processes to certification and standardization systems specific to export markets, etc. .)
- Activities specific to the certification and approval of products and services, with a view to technological updating, which will lead to the improvement of technical, industrial and organizational capacities for the development of products and services
- Digitization activities of micro and small enterprises as related activities as part of an integrated project.
