INTERVENTION DR-20 \u2013 INVESTMENTS IN THE LIVESTOCK SECTOR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Advisory guide \u2013 01.08.2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Estimated release date<\/strong>:<strong> 15 October \u2013 30 November 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The support granted through INTERVENTION DR-20 \u2013 INVESTMENTS IN THE LIVESTOCK SECTOR will contribute to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Improving the general performance of zootechnical holdings by increasing livestock numbers and by diversifying species;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Restructuring and modernization of livestock holdings, improving the efficient use of resources and access to digital technologies;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The production and use of energy from renewable sources, the circular bioeconomy and the reduction of GHG emissions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compliance with community standards applicable to all types of investments;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Increasing the added value of agricultural products by processing products at the farm level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A single call will be launched for the 2023-2029 programming period. <\/strong>Projects will be submitted based on the monthly quality threshold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The allocated budget<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">224,610,728 euros<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eligible beneficiaries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Farmers, agricultural cooperatives and cooperative societies, producer groups and organizations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Minimum eligibility criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The applicant will appear in the APIA\/ANSVSA\/ANZ system (as applicable), prior to the submission of the Financing Application, with the form of carrying out the economic activity with which they request support through this intervention\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the case of a new investment, the applicant will have to prove that he is registered in the unique APIA system, with a holding registration code, regardless of whether or not he owns land in operation. The calculation of the holding size will be based on the forecasts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The economic viability of the investment must be demonstrated based on the technical-economic documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The investment must be made within an agricultural holding with an economic size of at least \u20ac12,000 SO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The applicant must demonstrate the co-financing of the investment (at the time of contracting)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of projects that propose processing\/storage\/conditioning at least 50% of the agricultural products that are subject to processing\/storage\/conditioning must come from the own farm and\/or from the farms of the members (in the case of associative forms) \u2013 the eligibility condition is checked at the time of submission of the financing request and at the time of submission of the last payment installment;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The amount of non-reimbursable public aid<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The maximum amount of public support is<\/strong> <strong>2,000,000 euros\/project<\/strong>, and in the case of projects that propose exclusively the simple purchase of machinery and agricultural equipment<strong>, the maximum amount of public support is 300,000 euros\/project<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The financing percentage \u2013 maximum 65% of the eligible costs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eligible investments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establishment, expansion and\/or modernization of animal shelters, conditioning and\/or storage units<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchase of agricultural equipment and machinery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investments in renewable energy (min. 10% of the eligible value of the project)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intangible investments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And so on<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eligible species<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During this session, they will benefit from a distinct allocation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Cattle sector (including buffaloes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. The pig sector<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. The sheep-goat sector<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Poultry (except for the modernization of existing holdings for raising laying hens) and other farm animals, including bees<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.
